
I think we all can relate to our brain telling us to back off and then if we choose to let it , soon a path filled with negative thoughts overwhelm us. Learning how to mentally prepare yourself and to sustain your focus is just as important as the training you put forth. Next time you find yourself thinking thoughts such as "this is gonna kill me , I can't do this , im gonna get whooped" stop these thoughts and instead visualize yourself succeeding and staying calm and focused.
